My Work & Areas of Focus

I’m a licensed clinical psychologist whose work is rooted in care, curiosity, and context. My background spans individual therapy, higher-education mental health, and integrated care, which means I pay close attention to how emotional wellbeing is shaped not only by internal experiences, but also by systems, relationships, health demands, and daily life pressures.

Much of my clinical work has been with older adolescents and young adults (approximately ages 16–24), particularly college students navigating academic stress, identity development, shifting relationships, and major life transitions.

I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, burnout, ADHD-related challenges, caregiving strain, and the frustration of feeling high-achieving yet overwhelmed, especially when difficulties with focus, organization, or follow-through get in the way of daily life.

I also have a strong interest in reproductive mental health, including how hormones and life-stage changes can affect mood, energy, and emotional wellbeing.

Alongside therapy, I provide psychological assessment, consultation, and psychoeducation in academic and organizational settings, often translating mental health concepts into language and tools that feel practical, useful, and realistic.

I hold PSYPACT authority, allowing me to provide virtual therapy across 40+ states. I value accessibility and flexibility in care and aim to meet people where they are, while helping them feel supported, understood, and less alone in what they’re carrying.
